3.1 Program RA2E1 MCU
Power the EK-RA2E1 Board: Connect via Micro USB.
Open J-Link Commander:
Navigate to Start > Programs > SEGGER > J-Link Commander.
Program the MCU:
1. Device R7FA2E1A9
2. Speed 12000
3. Loadfile [Path to firmware].mot
4. Type "s" to select SWD interface and start programming.
Disconnect the board from the PC after programming.
3.2 Program DA16200 WiFi Module
Connect DA16200 to PC: Use Tera Term to communicate.
Set Baud Rate: 230400.
Factory Reset DA16200:
Send command: factory reset.
Download Firmware:
Use Control > Marco > Download_W25Q32JW_4MB.ttl (combines BOOT, SLIB, RTOS).
3.3 AWS IoT Configuration
Use SST IAM Account:
Contact China SST for the demo account (Doorlock_SST_for_Europe).
For Custom AWS IoT Setup:
Follow the guide: UM-WI-017 DA16200 AWS IoT Server Setup.
3.4 Install Mobile App
Install APK: Smart Lock.apk on your Android device.
Grant Permissions: Allow location, storage, and enable Wi-Fi.
4.1 Provisioning (Soft-AP Mode)
Reset Boards:
Press RESET (S3) on EK-RA2E1.
Press Factory Reset (GPIOA7) on DA16200 Shield for 5+ seconds.
Mobile App Steps:
Open the app → Provisioning → START.
Select Doorlock_SST_for_Europe → Connect to AP → Enter password.
4.2 Fingerprint Management
Enroll/Delete Fingerprints:
App → Fingerprint Management → Enroll/Delete.
Max 12 fingerprints (demo limit; actual max: 100).
4.3 AWS IoT Monitoring
Open/Close Door:
App → AWS IoT → Use fingerprint, NFC, button, or app key.
LEDs on EK-RA2E1 indicate status:
Red LED: DA16200 wake-up.
Green LED: Door opened.
Blue LED: NFC detection.
Fingerprint Errors:
Ensure finger placement is clear.
Retry enrollment if timeout occurs.
Provisioning Failures:
Turn off mobile data during provisioning.
Communication Errors:
Check UART connections between fingerprint module and MCU.
