¶ Introduction to Cascade SiT6503EB :
The SiT6503EB Programmer is designed exclusively to configure and burn programmable SiT9514x Cascade Platform™ units SiT95141, SiT95145, and SiT95148 single-chip MEMS Clock Generator, Jitter Cleaners and Network synchronizer applications on Lab On the Cloud solution. Select the Cascade SiT9514x Evaluation Time slot for Live phase noise testing.
¶ SiT95141
¶ Low Jitter, 10-output MEMS Clock Generator :
The Cascade Platform™ SiT95141 is a single-chip MEMS clock generator optimized for the highest level of clock tree integration. This clock-system-on-a-chip (ClkSoC) consolidates multiple clock ICs and oscillators into a single device. Its low-noise quad-PLL architecture and programmable output drivers provide up to 10 differential or 20 LVCMOS low-jitter clock outputs. It supports 4 additional clock inputs with Frac-N dividers, enabling virtually any input-to-output frequency translation configurations from 8 kHz to 2.1 GHz.

¶ Low Jitter, 10-output MEMS Jitter Cleaner :
The Cascade Platform™ SiT95145 is a single-chip MEMS jitter cleaner that provides the highest level of clock tree integration and consolidates multiple clock ICs and oscillators into a single device. Its low-noise quad-PLL architecture and programmable output drivers provide up to 10 differential or 20 LVCMOS low-jitter clock outputs. It supports 4 additional clock inputs with Frac-N dividers, enabling virtually any input-to-output frequency translation configurations from 8 kHz to 2.1 GHz.

¶ SiT95148
¶ Low Jitter, 11-output MEMS Network Synchronizer :
The Cascade Platform™ SiT95148 is a single-chip MEMS network synchronizer optimized for IEEE 1588 and time synchronization applications. The device comes with 4 independent time domains, 1 MHz to 4 kHz programmable loop bandwidth, low wander mode, and fastest hitless switching. Its low-noise quad-PLL architecture and programmable output drivers provide up to 10 differential or 20 LVCMOS low-jitter clock outputs. It supports 4 additional clock inputs with Frac-N dividers, enabling virtually any input to low-noise output frequency translation configurations from 8 kHz to 2.1 GHz.

¶ Test Outputs :
- This design provides a provision for users to analyze the jitter and phase noise in signals configured for different chip selections as mentioned above for SiT6503EB.
- The user can observe the output response of the signal collected from the phase noise analyzer and look into the summary file data for quick comparison.
- The user can perform phase noise analysis for MEMS Clock generators, MEMS Jitter Cleaner, and MEMS Network Synchronizers.
- The UI provides an option for users to download the analysis data for future reference.
